1. All returns must be pre-authorized by Customer Service. A RMA number needs to be generated for all returns.

2. Products must be returned in original packaging within five (5) days in new and re-sellable condition.

3. Products must be returned in original condition: no alterations, abuse, negligence, or accidents. And proper maintenance is a must.

4. All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not accept any return products that have any sustained damages.

5. 25% restocking fee will be applied.

6. If you have received your order for more than five(5) days and have used it, you will not be eligible to return it, get a refund or replace it.

7. In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain our low prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Freight expenses will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process

Step 1: Send a return request email to orders@plutus-staking.com within five (5) days of your order receipt. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

Step 2: Once Customer Service has approved your request, you will be assigned an RMA number. Please print the RMA number on standard letter size paper and make two(2) copies. Please secure the paper on the outside of the box. Our warehouse will NOT accept a return item without a RMA number.

Step 3: Please send the item back to us as soon as possible.

Step 4: Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in three(3) to five (5) business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for it to be credited to your account OR we will arrange an exchange according to conditions. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and can be shipped back to you. Please note: credits are processed for the original cost paid for the merchandise. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Cancelling your order

Cancellations must be made by email ONLY. Unshipped orders may be cancelled within one (1) business day. Unshipped orders are subject to a 6% cancellation fee.

Upon cancellation of shipped orders or refusal of delivery, the buyer is responsible for initial freight, return freight, and a 25% restocking fee to cover the time, labor, and materials invested in preparing the shipment

Chargeback Abuse Policy

Purchases will appear on your credit/debit card statement as “Plutus” or “Plutus Pool , ”. You agree not to file a credit card or debit card chargeback with regard to any purchase and instead abide by the dispute resolution procedures outlined below. In the event that you breach this agreement and file a chargeback, upon a resolution in our favor of the chargeback by either the credit card issuing bank, the credit card processor or by VISA or MASTERCARD, you agree to reimburse us for any costs incurred in researching and responding to such chargeback, including without limitation, our actual costs paid to the credit card processor or our banks, other third parties, and the reasonable value of the time of our employees and owners spent on the matter, as determined in our discretion in good faith. You further agree that all dispute resolution procedures below will be deemed waived by you, and that these amounts will be added to the original amount of the order, and that this total amount will then be immediately due and payable. If your chargeback is upheld, you agree to pay all of the same costs, in addition to the original purchase price, but we will use the dispute resolution procedures below to confirm and collect such amounts.

In the event that a chargeback is placed or threatened on a purchase, we also reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in chargeback abuser database(s) of our choosing and at our sole discretion. The information reported will include name, email address, order date, order amount, IP address, full address, and phone number. Being listed on such databases may make it more difficult or even impossible for you to use (any of) your credit card(s) on future purchases with us or other merchants. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make payment to us for any outstanding amount owed to us + $50 for processing and handling by wire transfer or such other means as we may require.
